The bare minimum you need for a solar cooker is a reflector, glaze (glass or plastic to keep the heat in), and a cooking container. You may want to consider using a wire rack (or mason jar lid bands) to help the hot air go around the cooking container. For some types of cookers, insulation can be added to increase the temperature.
